Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra, Agra (Uttar Pradesh)

Arriving early at 10 am, we had to wait till 2.30 PM for our room, which was below our expectations with basic amenities like tea-bags, kettle, and a mini-bar but missing room slippers and robes. The lack of quiet was noticeable during our stay.

The hotel offers really good-sized and comfortable rooms, although my room wasn't ready until a couple of hours after the check-in time. The peaceful and perfectly isolated rooms provided a very comfortable stay. The service felt like mixed feelings, with the staff being a bit disorganized but still managing to make us feel welcome. The location was convenient, being very close to The Taj Mahal, but disappointed by limiting the number of devices and facing power cuts and water shortages. The dining experience was fantastic near the Taj Mahal, with amazing bakery items and a good selection of local and international cuisine.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with spacious rooms offering a great view of the Taj Mahal. The bed was incredibly comfortable, although there was a bit of noise between rooms. The service was top-notch, especially Asim who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were allotted to us two hours late, lacked ventilation making it feel suffocating, and the 'Taj Mahal view' was distant and not as pretty. However, the setting worked well for our family gathering in the evening.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and some disappointments. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, but cleanliness issues in the bathrooms and bedsides were a letdown. The service, especially the assistance with a local guide for sightseeing, was exceptional. However, certain amenities being closed off due to dampness affected the overall experience. The dining options were diverse and delicious, though some improvements in live counters would have been great.
